Shipping policy

At VertexThread, we make sure every piece is printed with care. Because we custom-make every single item specifically for you as soon as you place your order, it takes a few extra days to get everything perfectly ready before it heads out the door.

Here is exactly how our process works and when you can expect your new apparel!

1. Order Production (The Making Phase)

Instead of pulling a pre-made shirt off a dusty warehouse shelf, we print your item brand new. It typically takes us 2 to 5 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your order.

2. Shipping Times (The Journey Phase)

Once your order is perfectly printed and packed, we hand it off to the shipping carrier. After production is complete, standard transit times are usually:

• Standard Domestic Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

• International Shipping: 10 to 30 business days (depending on local customs)

Please keep in mind that your total delivery time is the Production Time + the Shipping Time.

Tracking Your Order As soon as your package gets a shipping label and leaves our facility, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. It can sometimes take 24 to 48 hours for the postal carrier to scan the package and update the tracking link, so don't worry if it doesn't show movement immediately!

Multiple Packages If your order includes a few different types of items, they might be printed at different specialized facilities and shipped separately to get to you as fast as possible. If you receive a package with only part of your order, don't panic! The rest of your items are right behind it in a separate package.
